Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

I’ve recently returned from Palm Beach where I attended Business Mastery with Tony Robbins, the hugely popular American life success coach and author.

The high-octane, fast-paced, multifaceted event took place from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m, without any breaks, over five days, and was – as ever – a content-rich and inspirational experience that left everyone who was there feeling pumped.

Tony Robbins focuses his world-renowned seminars and events on techniques and practices individuals can adopt to improve every aspect of their lives.  The concept he applies in his teachings is based on two main notions: ‘The science of achievement’ and ‘The art of fulfilment’.

This is something I endeavour to put into practice on a daily basis, and it’s a cornerstone philosophy on which we are centred.  Indeed, instilling the importance of enhancing personal development in every member of my teams and also myself is something we take pride of.

By achieving your goals and objectives you feel a sense of fulfilment.  Motivation, drive and ambition are paramount to success, and personal development, and taking the time to invest in yourself will bring infinite rewards for you and your loved ones. This will make you more ambitious and want more success.  You’ll then work harder to progress further and continue to accomplish more goals.

A walk into any of the offices I have ever managed across the world and you will experience a positive, driven, team-orientated atmosphere.  Part of what has always set my teams/offices apart is the extensive, ongoing training and mentoring given to all members of the team at all levels within the organisation.

We recognise and reward personal ambition, and actively encourages team members to strive for promotion to become the best they can possibly be, which in turn benefits our clients as they too reach and surpass their financial objectives.

Our experience shows that the the best in the financial services industry constantly work on both their personal and professional development.

I would urge you too to do the same, to invest in your own personal development, in order to take advantage of the limitless possibilities that will open up for you and to reap the subsequent benefits.

I am very much looking forward to putting this experience in the U.S. into action and continuing to focus on my personal development, so I can strive to be the best person I can be, both personally and professionally.

As the masterful Tony Robbins says: “The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment.”
